1 can vanilla frosting
7 (or so) drops yellow food coloring
32 mini- peanut butter cups (Reese's)
1 pkg. fudge-stripe cookies (like Keebler)
32 pieces orange mini Chiclets gum (or orange mini M & M's)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small shallow bowl, combine frosting and food coloring. Remove wrappers from PB candies.
Holding the bottom of PB cups, dip top of cup in yellow frosting (the wide part of cup). Position over center hole of a cookie, forming a hatband & crown on the cookie (a circle). Add a buckle of Chiclets gum. Repeat with remaining cups and cookies

This is a much easier version for little kids, than melting & working with hot chocolate. Although I do love chocolate covered marshmallows. YUM! This is easy for pre-schoolers and can be put together while the turkey is cooking. A fun activity. Basically just dip the peanut butter cups in frosting place on cookie & decorate the hat with candy buckle.
