Wilton's Butter Cream Icing:
1/2 c. solid vegetable shortening
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. clear vanilla extract
4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk

Wilton Cake Decorating Icing:
2 1/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. water (maybe a bit more)
1 1/2 t. almond flavoring
2 lbs. powdered sugar (large bag)

Wilton's Butter Cream Icing:
Mix ingredients well. Add powdered sugar last.

Wilton's Cake Decorating Icing:
Beat the Crisco and water on low. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add almond flavoring. Beat until you have a smooth consistency for decorating.
