4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk, sugar, salt and flavoring. Sprinkle with nutmeg and pour into baking dish. Bake for one hour in moderate oven or until eggs are set.
