3 cups cooked macaroni
1 can tuna fish flaked in oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup celery sliced
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/3 - 1 green pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1 teas salt
1/2 teas pepper
1 cup milk
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
4 hard cooked eggs (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine macaroni, tuna fish, eggs, celery, crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Make white sauce with butter, flour, and milk. Combine white sauce and macaroni mixture and pout into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 º until bubbly.
