2 cups brown sugar
2 cups butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking soda
Flour for soft dough

Roll, and cut into circles.

Bake at 375 degrees until done. Put icing between 2 cookies.
