2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups water
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: flour, water,6 beaten eggs and salt, batter should be thin, if it seems too thick add a bit of water until smooth.
Pour a 1/4 cup batter onto lightly greased non-stick pan, swirl batter in pan to make a very thin crepe, cook on both sides.
Remove to plate to cool.
Fill with your favourite ricotta filling, roll into manicotti shape, spread cooked pasta sauce on bottom of pan and lay the manicotti in the pan. After you have 1 layer done cover with a little sauce and mozzarella cheese and repeat layers until all done.
Cover and bake @ 350.ēdegrees for 30 min.
