2 cups mini marshmallows
1 pkg. 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a single layer in a 15 1/2x10 1/2" baking sheet sprinkle marshmallows, chips and peanuts. In a small saucepan combine butter and sugar. Cook until sugar is dissolved and add vanilla. Drizzle over mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
