1 cup finely chopped ham or smoked turkey
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray mini muffin pans with cooking oil spray.
Combine chopped ham and onion. Add remaining ingredients.
Unroll crescent roll dough and press into one large rectangle. Cut the dough into 24 squares. Press one square of the dough into each muffin cup.
Fill each muffin cup with the ham mixture.
Bake 12 - 14 minutes or until puffs are light golden brown. Remove from pan; serve immediately.
