6 C. Flour
1C shortening
2T baking power
1T salt
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking power and salt. Cut then rub in shortening into flour mixture until the texture of wet sand. Add water 1 cup then as needed stirring until it you have a dough ball. Knead 5 minutes then roll into golf ball size balls and let rest 20 minutes. Roll out to size of a dinner plate. Grill on a dry skillet turning when it bubbles.
