3 lb beef roast (I usually do rump)
1 can beef consumme (can substitute w/4-5 tsps beef base, or beef broth and/or beef bullion cubes)
1 1/2 cup water
1 Package dry Italian Dressing seasoning
1 Package Aus Jus seasoning

rolls or buns
cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in crockpot. Cook for 6-8 hours on low then shred. Toast buns with cheese slices in oven for about 10 minutes at 350º. Serve extra sauce on side as au jus.

One of my favorite, easy crockpot meals! We usually use provolone cheese and some hoagie rolls.
