1 cup flour
1 cup milk room temp
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs slightly beaten room temp

unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 450º

Mix all ingredients just till blended

Take popover pan grease with unsalted butter- add a small amount of butter in pan- Put pan in oven to heat up.

Fill pan about half way.

Bake at 450º for 20 minutes reduce heat to 350º for 20 more minutes.

Remove popovers immediately from pan.

ingredients must be at room temp for best results.
If your oven runs hot reduce heat to 425 for the first 20 minutes
