½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup chocolate chips

1 ½ large egg whites

Pinch salt

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon almond extract

1/8 cup olive oil or non-stick pan spray

4 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Melt chocolate chips in a small pan on a little over medium heat. If it starts to burn, put on low.
3. While it’s melting, mix together all dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat the egg whites.
4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg and mix. Then add the dry ingredients. Add almond extract and mix all together.
5. Spray pan with non-stick spray, or olive oil. Add batter in blobs. Let it run. Bake for 2 minutes. Add chocolate sprinkles. Bake for another 6 to 8 minutes. Take out and crumble. Put in a bowl.

If preferred, put on parchment paper
