Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
2 squares (1 oz each unsweetened baking chocolate)*
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and baking chocolate in saucepan. remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well. Stir in vanilla. Add salt. Add flour and nuts if desired. Pour in greased 8 x 8' pan. Bake in 350 degree for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Slice into squares.

*If you don't have squares- the powdered unsweetened cocoa has an easy conversion tool on the side of the box and will work just fine too. Just follow the conversion instructions on the cocoa label. It will work & taste just as wonderful!
