Ingredients:  
1 head garlic, coarsely chopped
1 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T. molasses
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 whole 8 pound pork butt
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 T. chili powder
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork in Dutch oven. Add pork fat side up. Cook on low heat until tender.

Trim fat off pork. Shred pork with 2 forks. Return pork to sauce and serve.
