3 4 1/2 oz. plain Hershey bars
2 6 oz. pkgs. chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 Tbsp butter
1 lb pecans
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 c sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following ingredients in a 6 - 8 qt. container: Hershey bars broken into pieces, chocolate chips, vanilla, marshmallow cream, and butter. Mix the following ingredients in a 4 - 6 qt. saucepan: sugar and evaporated milk. Let sugar and milk come to a boil. After it starts to boil, cook for 6 minutes. Then pour over the remaining ingredients and blend til smooth and creamy. After mixture is completely blended, fold in pecans. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand 4 - 6 hours or until completely chilled, before removing fudge from wax paper.
