2 cans chicken breast, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
8 T. butter, divided
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. coriander
4 c. chicken broth
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 2 T. butter in skillet. In medium saucepan mix onion with chicken and green chilies. In another medium sauce pan melt 6 T. butter. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and coriander; stir until bubbly. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add 1/2 of cheese and sour cream to sauce. Stir 3/4 c. sauce into chicken mixture. Soften tortillas, fill with chicken mixture. Roll and put in baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º until bubbly.
