1 pack Portobello mushrooms
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
1 cup grits
4 cups water
2 tbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put olive oil in skillet on high and wait till grease gets hot, then add mushrooms.

Sauté mushrooms in skillet on high, season with salt and pepper, cook till done. Set to side.

Bring water to boil in sausepan, add in butter and grits, stir till creamy in texture.

Reduce to low heat, cook until grits are done, add in cheese, salt and pepper, mix well until cheese is melted. Pour into serving dish and add mushrooms to top.
