Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 1/2 - 6 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp b powder

1 lb lard

2 eggs
2 Tbsp vinegar
10 Tbsp cold water (2/3 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients.
Blend in lard until moist and crumbly (will stick together between fingers)

Mix together eggs, vinegar and water.
Add to lard mixture. You may have to add more flour if too gooey.
Be careful though - too much and it will be dry - it will also pick up more flour when being rolled.

Make a large ball, pat to flatten slightly and place on floured surface.
Turn over once so your pastry is slightly floured and your rolling pin won't stick.
Gently roll out on floured surface pushing outward. Do not overwork or it will lose flakiness and become tough.
