1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
6 drops food coloring; more for darker colors; or 1 T poster paint

Combine ingredients. Either paint with brush or put paint in plastic mister bottle and use as "spray chalk" on sidewalks, snowmen, or heavy paper. Have Fun!
