9 c. flour
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 1/2 c. cool water
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in tupperware, make well in center. Add scalded milk, water, sugar, salt eggs, then sprinkle with yeast. Do not mix. Seal. Let set for 1 hour. Remove seal, add 1 c. melted margarine. Then knead with additional flour if necessary. Return to bowl, seal, and leave until seal pops. To hasten raising, put bowl in warm water about 30 minutes. Divide dough into fourths. Shape as desired. Let rise until double. Bake at 375º 20-30 minutes.
