1/4 cup marg,
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cans cherries, logan berries or peaches or fresh black berries
1 cup fruit juice
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar depending on sweetness of fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add milk. Spoon fruit over batter in baking dish, sprinkle with sugar. pour fruit juice over batter and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. During baking fruit goes to bottom. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
