2 cups of Olio (Crisco) or Butter
2 Cups of Sugar
9 Cups of Gold Medal Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups of Wesson Oil
5 Tbl. Almond extract
Red Food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Large mixing bowl add butter and sugar blend together well. Set to the side in another large bowl sift flour and baking soda. Add flour to creamed butter add slowly when you put about 1/2 of the flour add the 1 cup of oil keep blending adding the flour then add the rest of the oil. When the flour and sugar are mixed add the almond extract. Make small round balls place on cookie sheet press down add the red dot to the middle. Bake at 350º for 30 min or watch edges brown.
Remove from oven, place on cooling rack. Enjoy.
