Directions:
Add enough flour to make a soft dough or till it leaves your hand. Knead until dough cracks, or 10 min. Grease the pan and knead a little then turn the dough over and let it rise till double in bulk. Cover and keep warm. Keep out of draft. Punch down and let rise again. Then make into loaves, let rise again then Bake for about 45 minutes at 250º

Personal Notes:
Helpful hints:
1) Keep the dough warm and away from draft
2) Mix the bread early. Must rise with the sun.
3) Grease loaf pans before putting in the dough.
4) Don't hesitate to work it too much; all the better.
5) Use metal loaf pans. Pyrex is not as good, it burns too fast.
