1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp Oregano
salt
pepper

Sauce:
16 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
1 lime/lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 handful mint
1 large English cucumber, shredded (squeeze out liquid)

1 or 2 packages of pitas
tomatoes for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion together. Add oregano, salt, and pepper.

Make sauce by shredding cucumber, draining out the liquid. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime or lemon. Mix together with the yogurt, mint, and garlic.

Pitas can be heated up or toasted, put a scoop of ground beef mixture then add yogurt sauce and top with diced tomatoes.

Costco sells delicious packages of pitas for really cheap! We eat them with everything and they go especially well with this meal.
