1 c milk
1 c plain bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 T oil
1/2 lb sausage meat
1 T. parsley
1 t salt
Pepper to taste
3 slices bacon
Raisins (to taste)
Walnuts (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the bacon into small pieces before frying. Cook bacon first then add oil until brown. Add sausage broken up into pieces. Soak crumbs with milk. Add all ingredients to the cooked rice. Also add raisins and walnuts.
