2 large ripe Haas avocados
1 cup organic Greek yogurt or organic sour cream
3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 large cloves of crushed garlic
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons red wine or other light vinegar

1. Remove skin and pits from avocados. Cut into pieces.

2. Put avocados and all other ingredients in a food processor or blender.

3. Blend until smooth.
