1 package of yeast
1 cup of warm milk (110 degrees)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted organic butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 organic eggs
4 cups flour

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar (tightly packed)
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup soft butter

Icing:
1 stick organic butter
1 1/2 cup organic powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 ounces organic cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Day 1:
1. Heat the milk to 110 degrees and dissolve yeast in milk. Set aside for a few minutes until you see foam on the top.

2. In your mixing bowl using a mixer, combine sugar, butter, salt and eggs.

3. Add your milk/yeast mixture then add the flour and mix well for 2 minutes.

4. Get a large cutting board and flour it a little. Place the dough on the cutting board.

5. Kneed the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and soft.

6. Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a clean dish towel, and let it rise for a few minutes.

7. Roll out the dough to the same size as the cutting board. Spread the top with soft butter. Cover the butter with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

8. Roll the dough into a log starting with the long side. Cut the log in half, then in halves again, then in thirds.

9. Put the rolls in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap, then a dish towel and refrigerate overnight.

Day 2:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

3. Make icing while baking.

4. Spread icing on cinnamon rolls and serve them hot.
