1 pkg white cake mix
3 small pkg (3 oz) pistachio instant pudding mix (2 for cake and 1 for topping)
1/2 c oil
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
4 large size eggs
1 small cool whip
1 pint heavy cream, whipped
Optional: green food coloring

Cake:
Mix together cake mix and 2 packages of pudding. Add oil, milk and water. Add eggs, one at a time. Bake in greased and floured tube pan, 1 hour at 350º. Cool slightly and remove from pan. Cool completely before icing.

Topping:
Whip together one package of pudding, cool whip, and whipped heavy cream. Cover the entire cake with topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
