1 c butter
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 c chopped nuts (I use walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until light. Add vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Fold in nuts. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 min at 350º. When slightly cooled, roll in confectioners sugar. I usually put the sugar in a plastic zip lock bag and shake.
