2-1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and salt together. Cream butter and then gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture, blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Form dough in 1" balls. Place aprox. a dozen at a time on the cookie sheet and flatten to 2-inch rounds. (Use bottom of glass coated in flour.) Bake at 325º for 10-11 minutes. Cool

Enjoy with a tall glass of cold milk. Makes a lot of cookies. About 4 dozen, they freeze very well and actually taste better after they come out of the freezer. They also make nice little gifts.
