I stick Butter
1-1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup milk
2 cups Blackberries (frozen or fresh)

Directions:
Melt butter in microwave dish. Pour 1 cup sugar & flour into a mixing bowl, whisking in milk. Mix well. Then pour in melted butter and whisk, all together. Grease baking dish,

Rinse and pat dry or drain berries. Pour the batter into greased dish. Sprinkle blackberries over top of the batter evenly. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over top. Bake 350º for 1 hour, or until golden and bubbly. If desired, sprinkle an additional teaspoon of sugar over cobbler 10 before it's done.
