1 c. mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 egg - beaten
1 heaping tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. Kitchen Klatter Country Style Dressing or a substitute
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen broccoli in sauce pan with small amount of water. Bring to a strong boil and trun off head and let set covered. (Drain well and cut before adding to other ingredients.)
Combine other ingredients.
Fold in drained broccoli and put into greased casserole dish. TOp with about 3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6+ servings
(Can be made the day before and refrigerated.)
