1 c. Water
1 c. Flour
2-3.4 oz. packages instant vanilla pudding
1-12 oz.Cool Whip
1/2 c. Butter
4 eggs
1/4 t. Salt
1-8 oz. package cream cheese
3 c. Cold milk
Chocolate Syrup or Shaved Hershey Bars

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan over medium heat, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Add flour and stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, add eggs one at a time beating well with wooden spoon. Spread into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 400º for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. In mixing bowl. Beat cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth. Spread over puff and refrigerate 20 minutes. Spread with whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or shaved chocolate. Refrigerate.

I use low fat cream cheese, fat free, sugar free instant pudding along with skim milk. This is a favorite at all family gatherings.
