Banana
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Slice banana into thin chips. Dip in lemon juice, spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours at 200 degrees. Flip banana chips and bake another 1 and 1/2 hours until crisp. Store in a container with lid. Servings will depend on how many bananas you use. I suggest using several bananas and make a large batch. Can easily be stored in convered container or zip lock bags.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Everyone will love these little chips. This is a great helathy snack. Buying these in the grocery store can be expensive so now you can just make your own. Make a large batch and have plenty for the children to snack on when they come home from school. This will be better and less expensive than buying snacks at the grocery store.
