2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. cooked dried apples
1 tsp. apple spice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 300º for about 40 minutes. Cake will be very moist.
