2 ½ c pecan (half chopped, half whole)
3 eggs
¼ c sugar
1 tsp salt
sprinkle of black pepper
1 tbsp molasses
1 c corn syrup
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pecans single layer on a baking sheet for 4 to 5 minutes to toast. Whisk together eggs, sugars, salt, pepper, molasses, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla. Add pecans and then pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until center is somewhat firm.
