12 lbs. hamburg
1 (#10 can) tomato sauce
2 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
4 stalks celery (diced)
9 Tbsp. worchester sauce
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3 Tbsp. ground mustard
3 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. garlic salt
3 cups Pace Picanti sauce

Brown hamburg, drain.
Mix all ingredients together, simmer for 1 hour.
Enjoy.
