1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr vegetable soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
