2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
1 bag of mixed vegetables
1 can (28 oz.) boned chicken (save the broth)
4 - 6 Biscuits
Melted butter Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the vegetables just until tender. Drain. Combine cooked vegetables, soup, milk, and chicken. Place uncooked biscuits on top, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375º until biscuits are done. (about 15-18 min.) If soup mixture becomes too thick, you can stir in the reserved broth or add some milk.

I usually just bake the biscuits separately, split them, and serve the soup mixture over the biscuit halves.
Sometimes I will cook a medium to large potato cut into small chunks, drain, then add to the vegetables.
