2 1/2 pounds neckbones
Salt
Pepper
Accent ( to Taste)

Cornbread
1/2 cup Flour (self-rising)
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Shortening
1 egg
1 cup Buttermilk
3/4 cup water

Dressing
Bread Crumbs
1 Large Onion
1/4 cup chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
2 Eggs
Juice from Neckbones
Cornbread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Neckbones until done. When done, remove meat from juice. (save Juice)

Cornbread:
Mix all ingredients together. 1/2 cup Flour (self-rising)
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Shortening
1 egg
1 cup Buttermilk
3/4 cup water
Bake Cornbread on 350º until done.

Dressing:
Crumble Cornbread and mix all ingredients together:
Bread Crumbs
1 Large Onion
1/4 cup chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
2 Eggs
Juice from Neckbones
Bake on 350º, stir one time while baking, when done place neck bones on top of dressing.
