4 c sliced zucchini
2 eggs
1 c salad dressing
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 c parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Steam zucchini until fork-tender, drain well and place in baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients together. Pour over zucchini. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over all. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 min.
