1 pkg. dry chocolate chip cookie mix ~ 1 lb 1.5 oz
7 T. butter, softened
1 large egg
4 T. Kahlua
3 T. instant espresso, cappuccino or instant coffee
1 cup chocolate chunks
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a mixing bowl, make a well in the center of dry chocolate chip cookie mix. Add softened butter, egg, Kahlua, coffee, and chocolate chunks. Mix well. Scoop by heaping tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until crisp and browned at edges. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
