Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 16 ounces, weight Jar Claussen Kosher Dill Pickles
• 1 pound High Quality Dried Beef
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese - Room Tempurature
• Dried Dill Weed, For Garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pickles and blot them with a paper towel so the pickles are dry.

Spread a nice layer of cream cheese on a slice of dried beef. Wrap the pickle with the cream cheese covered beef. Depending on the size of your slices of dried beef, you may need to use more than one slice per pickle. Once you have all the pickles wrapped, chill the assembled rolls for 15 minutes so the cream cheese can adhere to the pickle.

Slice the rolls into bite size pieces, discarding the ends (or eating them!) Sprinkle with dill weed if desired.
