2 cups pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup pet milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, mix cinnamon, sugar, and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling continue to 234º. Remove from heat and add water and vanilla. Mix well, then stir in pecans. Put on waxed paper to cool.

If you want, you can add 1/2 teaspoon cloves.
