2 ½ cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ salt
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Cream sugar and eggs then add oil, sour cream and milk. Add sugar mixture and raisins to flour mixture and just blend. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
