Grandma’s Meat Casserole
Make a white sauce of:
2 Tbsp oleo
2 Tbsp flour
Melt oleo and mix flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly add 1 cup milk and cook until thick, I use the Med, but stir it often.
Add ˝ can mushroom soup. Cook 4-6 servings of minute rice. I do it in the microwave.
Add rice and 1 jar of canned beef. Heat more in microwave. I sometimes add ˝ cup of sour cream.
You can also broil 1 lb ground beef and use in place of canned meat.
