2 veal leg sirloin steaks (1 lb.)
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Cooking oil
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. dry wine
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veal in pan w/ oil until lightly browned. Remove, set aside. Add wine, mix into brownings in pan, then pour cream into pan; add tarragon and thyme and mushrooms and cook about 10-15 minutes.

Add veal back into pan, cook another 10-15 minutes. Serve warm, pouring excess sauce over veal. Serve with rice or noodles.
