½ cup flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs lightly beaten
4 Tbs.( ½ stick) butter
Confectioner’s sugar
Juice of a lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs. Beat lightly. Leave batter a little lumpy. Melt the butter in an oven proof skillet. When very hot, twirl pan so butter covers the whole surface and pour in batter. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. When brown remove and generously shake confectioner’s sugar over top and then squeeze lemon juice over that. I use a pizza cutter to slice into 6 portions.
