10 c. zucchini, ground
2 1/2 c. onion, ground
5 T. salt
2 1/2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. Tumeric
2 T. cornstarch
1 red bell pepper, ground
1 green bell pepper, ground

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, grind 10 cups zucchini and 2 1/2 cups of onion
Sprinkle 5 T. of salt on top and let stand overnight, Drain and rinse, then add:
2 1/2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
1 T Tumeric
2 T. cornstarch
1 red and 1 green bell pepper ground in food processor

Cook in pot for 30 minutes, put in jars and seal in water bath
