2 t. Yeast (heaping)
4 c. Bread flour
2 t. Salt
13 oz. or 1 3/4 c. Water
1 c. Oatmeal
2 T. Oil or margarine
1/2 c. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water to scalding and add oatmeal, molasses, oil or margarine. Cool to luke warm and add dry ingredients to bread machine. Program to dough cycle and when done (approx. 1 hr. 20 min.) shape into rolls. Let rise for 30 minutes or until double. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes or until slightly browned. It actually takes a lot longer than 10 minutes to cook these! They need to start browning before they are done.

These are our family favorite especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. This can be made into a large loaf instead of rolls.
